The woman managed to fly from Bogotá to Barcelona with 8lbs of the alkaloid hidden in nuts and wine bottles.
A 46 year-old Spanish woman was arrested in Barcelona with 111 nuts filled with cocaine, as well as three 750ml wine bottles that had been emptied, and replaced with liquid cocaine.
Police estimated that the woman had hid about 6 grams of the drug inside each of the nuts that had been glued back together.
