Sex offender, Miguel ‘Jr.’ Angel Garza, will appear before a judge in McAllen, Texas after police raided a house filled with illegal immigrants under his care.

During last week’s raid of the ‘stash’ house, conducted by the United States Border Patrol, Alton Police Department as well as the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office, 33 illegal immigrants were found living in the hot, cramped house.  Of the 33 immigrants, many of which came to the U.S. from Honduras and El Salvador, an eight year old girl was found by herself apparently without any family.  She had been living in the house for a week.

Many immigrants found in the house reported harsh living conditions.  Some stated that Garza would serve them two eggs and three tortillas daily, to be divided among everyone in the house, thus leaving many people without food.  One ‘resident’ of the house stated that Garza had suggested he go into the bedroom with her at one point.

Garza, a 2006 sex offender, stated that the narco Texas Syndicate forced him to ‘babysit’ the immigrants in the house.  As a result of Garza’s previous sex offense he was reportedly not allowed into the larger Texas prison/narco gang network and was working for them as human smuggling babysitter instead.

Allegedly Garza routinely threatened the undocumented migrants by pointing a gun at their head and telling them “Te mato” - I’ll kill you, all while laughing.
