The former boxing champion, Oscar de la Hoya, defeated his lastest foe after winning over a hooker’s accusation of sexual abuse in a $5 million dollar lawsuit.

Manhattan’s Supreme Court Justice Paul Wooten ruled that Angelica Cecora’s tale of being held captive by De La Hoya as frivolous and threw her suit out. The court also ruled that Cecora pay a $500 dollar fine and cover all of the boxer’s legal fees.

The petite blonde beauty sued De La Hoya for $5 million, accusing him of intimidating her and causing “emotional distress” during a drug-induced sex romp.

According to reports, Cecora had claimed that De La Hoya grabbed her roughly and intimidated her during an hour-long session of non-consensual sex acts.

She also claimed that during the sex romp, she was required to wear lingerie and her roommate was also forced to join in.

In response to the accusations, De La Hoya stated, “Many celebrities are targeted out of greed, and it is important to stand your ground.”

The judge completely disagreed with the alleged charges stating that they were “without merit in the law” and was only an effort to harass the fighter.
