Latino Business Summit Hosted Today by Key Senators to Increase Access to Capital

Today, Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ), Chair of the Democratic Hispanic Task Force, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) and U.S. Senator Mark Begich (D-AK), Chair of the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee are hosting a Latino Business Summit to gather business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to discuss businesses’ access to capital and other opportunities for growth.

Hispanic businesses account for over $345 billion in economic output and generate nearly 2 million jobs annually.  The Latino Business Summit will discuss access to capital, contracting and procurement.

U.S. Senator Robert Menendez (D-NJ), Chair of the Senate Democratic Hispanic Task Force is co-hosting along with U.S. Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV).
