Today in Latin American history, Costa Rican footballer Álvaro Saborío who plays for the National team & Real Salt Lake was born in 1982.
He represented Costa Rica at the 2004 Olympic games, he scored a goal against Portugal dring one of the matches.
Since joining RSL, Saborío has become the club’s all-time leading scorer, and been their key target man.
