Labor Shortages Lead Businesses to Support Help for Undocumented Workers

In Garden City, a sprawling blue-collar town on the western plains of Kansas, local businesses struggle to find enough workers. At the end of last year, the unemployment rate in the county stood at just 3.9 percent.
