1 pound tomatillos, peeled, cooked and chopped
4 large jalapenos, stemmed, seeded, and chopped
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 medium onion, peeled and chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1/2 bunches cilantro (yes, 11/2 bunches leaves chopped)
2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon lard or cooking oil


Place tomatillos, jalapenos, water into a blender, onion, garlic,
and cilantro.. Blend for 2 minutes.
Place lard or cooking oil into a pot and heat.
Add sauce and fry for 7 minutes. Salt to taste.
Use for enchiladas.
