The Ridiculous:  A U.S.-Mexico Border Wall and Asking If You Have You Ever Had Sex With Rick Perry

As certain Latino voters are trying to figure out what Governor Rick Perry’s stance will be on the issue of immigration (not good probably given his insistence Texas eliminate its sanctuary city policy) he makes a statement on the matter that is overshadowed by his sex life.  Yes folks, welcome to the 2012 Presidential election campaign.

Apparently, Ron Paul supporter Robert Morrow wants to know “Have you ever had sex with Rick Perry” and took out a full page ad in the Austin Chronicle to find out who besides his wife actually did.

ImageAmigos buckle up the 2012 election season is just getting started and its already sleazy, racist, misogynist, etc… everything but issue driven.  Is it any surprise that Rush Limbaugh chimed in to distract us even more by referring to the President as a new type of Oreo cookie the “Obameo”? Not sure what that has to do with solving the floundering economy unless Nabisco, who owns the brand, is planning on hiring millions of unemployed Americans to make the new cookie.

Morrow insists the handsome, married Christian Perry is a patron of Texas strip clubs and is known as an adulterer.  Well of course no proof is provided but Morrow is looking for that proof by asking women who have slept with him to come forward.  You know make a lie a truth by finding people to prove you right AFTER the fact of making the statement.  Morrow does overkill by also claiming Perry is also gay – a Christian anti-gay gay adulterer – just doesn’t seem to fit this lover of God and guns.

At the same time and more importantly Perry called the idea, that other Republicans have promoted, of walling the entire U.S.-Mexico border “ridiculous”.  Though he appears rational with that comment he stills insists the U.S.-Mexico border is unsafe while facts to the contrary exist.  Maybe Latinos and Mexican nationals need to take out a full page ad asking which illegal aliens didn’t cross the border today.

I suppose if someone can run an ad to spread lies about Perry’s personal life why can’t the candidate spread lies about his own state border to incite fear.  The more ridiculous someone is the more sane he makes others look.
