The Mexican fighter Jose Luna Pozas best known in the Lucha Libre World as Charles Manson was sent to the Southern Mexico Prison accused of assault and robbery against two police officers.
Depending on the witnesses, Jose Luna and his driver called police after discovering his car had been stolen. The Police did not respond quickly enough and the fighter became aggressive with the police officers. During the fight immediately Manson’s driver was wounded when fired “accidentally” by one of the police agents.
If the wrestler is found guilty, he may receive 5 to 8 years in prison.
Jesus Luna Wells (born February 18, 1975) is a Mexican wrestler better known under the name of Charles Manson. In 2001, Manson suffered severe life-threatening injuries that required implants to be inserted into his body.
In 2008, Manson was injured in the same region again; Wells worked for Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) for over 10 years and was part of groups like Los Vatos Locos, The Black Family and The Hell Brothers.
Manson left AAA in late 2009 in a public dispute with the administration of the AAA and began work on the Mexican independent circuit and World Wrestling Council (CMLL) as part of the “invaders”.
However, in December 2010 he made his surprise return back to AAA.
