UPDATE: November’s Pilsen Fire Claims Another Life
Back in November, a fire in a Pilsen house that took the life of a 3-year-old boy, has now claimed another, the boy’s father.
Six weeks after his son Michael Cruz Jr. died when the family’s three-story home went up in flames, Michael Cruz Sr. has passed away due to severe lung damage caused by the fire.
The November 6th fire, having now taken two lives, leaves mother and 10-year partner of Cruz planning two funerals. She is currently pregnant with the couple’s sixth child.
