MISSING PERSONS: Javier Tilapa, 13/M
Javier Tilapa has been missing since January 12th on the 5700 block of South Sacramento. He was last seen wearing a blue and black jacket, a blue and white shirt, black pants, and red shoes.
Tilapa, 13, is a Hispanic male, about 5’1, around 120 lbs, with black hair, and may be in the company of friends in the area.
