Man Charged with 1st Degree Murder for Killing One, Attempted 1st Degree Murder for Shooting Another
Francisco Martinez, 28, of the 2300 block of North Harding, was charged with 1 count of First Degree Murder and 1 count of Attempted First Degree Murder for a domestic incident which occurred in the 2300 block of North Harding.
Martinez shot one female Hispanic, 22 years of age, fatally and one female Hispanic, 35 years of age, resulting in her critical injury. Martinez appeared in court this morning.
