Little Village Man Charged in Brutal Killing of Four Men in Southwest Side of Chicago
Chicago Police charged a man in a quadruple murder that occurred on the South Side in 2010. Raul Segura-Rodriguez, 36, of the 3000 block of South Keeler, was charged with 4 counts of First Degree Murder.
On September 2nd, 2010, four men were found shot and killed in a garage on the 6100 block of South Kildare. Area 1 detectives were assigned to investigate and were able to develop leads that led them to Segura-Rodriguez. Segura-Rodriguez, who was being held in Cook County jail in an unrelated incident, admitted his role in the slayings and was charged this evening.
Segura-Rodriguez appeared in court today at 26th and California. During the court appears prosecutors noted that two young children watched their father and two other men get killed by Segura-Rodriguez that was part of a group that robbed and killed drug dealers. He was charged with first degree murder and was already being held without bond for a double homicide back in February, 2011.
