Humboldt Park HIt-and-Run Results in Boy’s Death
After a hit-and-run in a Chicago West side neighborhood Monday a 17-year-old boy is dead.
Police say Jamal Richardson, of the 1700 block of North Keystone Avenue, was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of Thomas and Ridgeway Avenues at around 2:30 PM. Richardson was taken to the Mount Sinai Hospital in critical condition, where he was pronounced dead.
Chicago Police’s Major Accident Investigation Unit is investigating the crash. At this time, no arrests have been made.
