CRIME:  Three Wounded in Shootings

Sunday, three people were shot and wounded in shootings occurring in the Back of the Yards and the Little Village community of the city.  The first shooting happened at 2:30 pm Sunday at 1300 West 50th Street when a male was shot in the left knee in an apparent drive-by shooting.  This was followed by a shooting of a 19-year old at 7100 South Washtenaw Avenue on the Southwest side of the city.  That victim was also shot in the leg. 

At 5:30 pm a shooting occurred at 2100 South Fairfield Avenue in the Little Village community with a victim shot in the arm.  Police are investigating the shootings.
