CRIME: Shooting in Logan Square Leaves Two Men Injured
Yesterday morning a shooting in the Logan Square neighborhood left two men wounded.
It appears the unidentified men, age 24 and 29 years old, were shot at one of their residences but were picked up by an ambulance in the 3200 block of West George Street. According to police reports the 29 year old victim was exiting a vehicle and was shot in the chest, then the 24 year old male came to his assistance when he was shot in the shoulder.
Both victims were taken to Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical, one in guarded condition and the other in fair condition.
There is no known motive for the shooting.
