COMMUNITY ALERT: Wanted for Public Indecency
About the Crime:
This alert gives notice to the residents of Beat 912 of a male white Hispanic offender who exposed his genitals to a young female victim and stated “come here.” This incident occurred on December 2, 2010 at 8:00am, in the vicinity of the 4600 block of South Rockwell St.
About the Offender:
* Male white Hispanic
* Height: 5’06 – 5’08, weight: approximately 140Lbs.
* 35 – 40 years of age
* Dark complexion
* Attire: Dark jacket and denim jeans
What You Can Do:
* Call 911 to report any suspicious person(s), vehicle(s) or activity in your neighborhood.
* If possible, do not allow children to travel alone on the public way, stand alone at bus stops, or other public areas.
* Caution children to be alert for strangers or suspicious vehicles.
* Develop safe locations for children to go when they feel they are in trouble or in danger.
* Instruct children to report any suspicious activity to an adult at once.
