Alsdorf Gallery, Modern Wing, Real & Imaginary and others at Art Institute

The Alsdorf Galleries is on permanent display.  The collection, which includes Indian, Southeast Asian, Himalayan and Islamic art, is one of the world’s largest collections.  Also visit other exhibits such as: Daniel Burnham’s Plans of Chicago, 500 Ways of Looking at Modern.

Real and Imaginary: Three Latin American Artists - Exhibit devoted to the works of three Latin American artists: Raul Colon, David Diaz and Yuyi Morales - created for picture books. Ryan Education Center and Gallery 10 (December 11, 2010 - May 29, 2011)

Monday–Wednesday, 10:30am –5:00pm
Thursday, 10:30am –9:00pm (Free General Admission 5:00pm – 8:00pm)
Friday, 10:30am – 5:00pm
Saturday–Sunday, 10:00am – 5:00pm

Free Winter Weekdays
From January 3 through February 4, the museum is offering free admission, every weekday, all day long (late evenings included)!
