Univisión Launches Hispanic Version of “The Biggest Loser”  - ‘Si se Puede’

“Si se Puede,” is the title of the show Emilio Estefan and creator Dave Broome are now bringing to Hispanics that want to lose weight, and improve their lifestyle!

The show has a team of professional trainers and nutritionists who will guide three to four families per episode as they compete in a variety of challenges which will include outdoor activities designed to integrate outside audiences for an interactive experience

“Si Se Puede is another example of the powerful, exclusive entertainment programming Univision brings to Hispanic America,” said Cesar Conde, president of Univision Networks. “This program featuring real life challenges will connect and entertain families like never before.”

The weekly competition show will count with entertainment and sports personalities as well as an online component geared toward fans who wish to get fit.

“Exclusive elements of the program will be cross-integrated on Univision’s entertainment programs,” a Univisión spokesperson said without elaborating.

Production is set to begin in Los Angeles this coming October.
