Tropical Storm Frank is packing winds of 50 mph, heading west at 7 mph and less than 140 miles south-southeast of Puerto Angel, Mexico.
Frank is expected to move parallel to the southern coast of Mexico and may become a hurricane in the next couple days.
Mexico has issued a tropical storm warning for the coast from Puerto Angel west to Punta Maldonado
