The Transit Safety Commission of Puerto Rico is proudly boosting its lastest statistics that traffic deaths on the island have dropped to a four-decade low. In 2010 there have been 302 car accident fatalities thus far which is a 12 percent drop from last year for the same timeframe when there was 343 accident fatalities. This drop follows the pattern set several years ago.
