Monday night’s live performances proved that the singers are giving everything they have to become the next winner of NBC’s The Voice.
She may have a tiny frame, but Michelle Chamuel, the only remaining singer on Team Usher, has a big voice. On Monday, Chamuel put her own twist on Bruno Mars’ “Grenade,” and continued to impress both the coaches and the audience. Since opening up with her rendition of “True Colors” a few weeks ago, Chamuel has really worked to stay connected to her audience and true to herself.
Though she may be on Team Shakira, one of Chamuel’s biggest fans actually appears to be coach Adam Levine, who raves after each of her performances, often saying, “You know I love you.”
Team Shakira only has one person left in the singing competition as well, former background vocalist Sasha Allen.
Allen took a risk and covered coach Usher’s song with David Guetta “Without You.”
With a smile on his face, Usher approved of her cover, calling it “incredible.”
