Juan José Padilla, the Spanish Bullfighter that got gored in the face October 7th said in a press conference he’s going to do ‘the unthinkable’ and return to bullfighting.
“I don want fans to pity this bullfighter,” Padilla said in an emotional statement during a press conference at the Virgin del Rocio hospital in southern Seville, Monday “I’m going to do the unthinkable and dress as a bullfighter again.”
Padilla, who left the hospital only 6 days ago following reconstructive surgery thanked doctors and hospital staff, and will start a rehabilitation process in the next few weeks to recuperate mobility of up to 80% in the left side of his face.
