Colombian actress Sofía Vergara is joining boxing legend Oscar de la Hoya to create a web-portal dedicated to educating Latino families on health issues affecting the community.
“We are 50 million Hispanics in this country, and there is not a resource like this one, and we need it,” said Sofía Vergara to ‘Primera Hora’, talking about the project she and Oscar de la Hoya are working on together; “It’s going to be something revolutionary, to better and save lives.”
The project, a web site called “SuperVida” will be launched next year and according to Vergara will be “dedicated to educate Hispanic families about the health issues that affect us.”
