Sarah Palin’s Trademark Application Denied:  Not Why You Think, She Forgot to Sign Application

As had been reported last week former Vice Presidential candidate and conservative ‘duh’ darling Sarah Palin and her, now-taut looking, daughter Bristol Palin filed a trademark application to protect their names, images and brand.

That request has been denied and not because no one knows what their brand is except Mo’Money – but because they forgot to sign the application.  The U.S. Patent and Trademark office has refused the registration “because the applied-for mark, SARAH PALIN, consists of a name identifying a particular living individual whose consent to register the mark is not of record.”

What the hell does this mean? Are those liberal Democrats going after the Mama Grizzly?  Or is the dynamically dim duo, dimmer than we thought?  Could be that Bristol is too busy giving speeches on abstinence and giving an ‘exclusive’ preview of her inadequately decorated Arizona abode to ‘E’ Entertainment.

Fear not the dynamic duo has assured everyone they will resubmit the forms this time with signatures.  We do not want anyone else except for Sarah and Bristol diminishing the Palin brand.
