In a trip organized by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Prince Harry will be traveling to Rio de Janerio, Sao Paolo in March as part of an envoy designed to establish links between Britain and Brazil and share Britain’s industrial and cultural achievements.
The announcement was made by Foreign Secretary William Hague who told The Guardian, “The British retreat from Latin America is over.”
He said this will be, “Britain’s most ambitious effort to strengthen ties with Latin America in 200 years.”
