The Healer says he needs the skulls for magic rites and necromantic sessions in downtown Lima.
Police are investigating how Shaman Augusto Cisneros Quispecondori ended up in possession of the close to 200 human skulls found in a home in downtown Lima.
Police seized the remains that Cisneros allegedly used in magic rites and while connecting with the great beyond, as well as several products not approved by health department standards (and that Cisneros sold to patrons confident of their transcendental properties) such as 25 boxes labeled “Flying Pepper” 10 boxes labeled “Saleswoman,” 11 boxes of “Exile and Humilliation” and 10 boxes of “Desperation Powder.”
