Just two days into his new job as Vice President of Colombia, Angelino Garzon, has suffered a heart attack and is undergoing emergency surgery.  The former union leader, governor and member of congress was installed as Vice-President on Saturday along with President Juan Manuel Santos.  A full recovery is expected.
