Both, the alleged taco-loving, Miss San Antonio and the runner-up, who was crowned during a court confrontation, will compete for the Miss Texas 2011 title.
Domonique Ramírez was stripped off the title of Miss San Antonio following disputes over her weight, rude behavior, and public appearance schedule.
In February 2011, runner up Ashley Dixon was awarded the crown.
Ramírez took the matter to court, and on March 24 a jury ordered that her crown and title be restored.
Miss Texas pageant spokeswoman Valerie Bell said officials in the San Antonio franchise could at any given point, assign another title, and so they gave Ms. Dixon the title of Miss Bexar County.
Both girls will compete for the Miss Texas title, to be crowned on July 1st in Arlington, Texas.
