As the final push for charitable donations before year end starts many Hispanic have already decided to contribute. A study by the American Red Cross found that 54 percent of Hispanics plan to give to their preferred charity between Thanksgiving and year end.
This indication to give follows the trend the majority (53%) of Hispanic households started earlier this year with them making contributions already throughout the year. A large percentage of Hispanics, 67 percent, in the study recognized the importance of donating to a charity because of the negative effect the economy has had on people.
