Mexico is in its second day of celebrating its bicentennial anniversary. Thursday brought out thousands to view the annual parade that was larger and more international in scope. Six hundred troops from 17 countries joined the Mexico City parade as did supersonic F-5 fighter aircraft. The military aircraft flying over head kicked off the parade with parachutists floating down to the Zocalo square. The day before the country kicked off a year long bicentennial celebration with fireworks, El Grito and many concerts. A new song to honor the anniversary was also debuted, simply titled Mexico, performed by Paulina Rubio, Aleks Syntek and Erik Rubin.
