A 14-year-old and an 18-year old were looking for a ride to a party last Friday, when they stumbled upon a bait car and hopped in for a joyride.
The younger suspect was arrested at the scene, while 18-year old Jaguar Frezquez lead police on a brief chase; both teens were charged with felonies, including auto theft and conspiracy.
