A Florida woman is facing battery charges after officers say she beat her boyfriend because he would not have sexual intercourse with her.
According to a Coral Springs Police report, officers were called to a home on a domestic disturbance call. When they arrived they found Inez Nuñez and her boyfriend arguing.
Nuñez, 18, admitted to slapping her boyfriend in the face and pushing him “because he was disrespectful.” She claimed he would not have sex with her, saying she was ugly.
A verbal dispute quickly erupted into physically assault. Nuñez told police that her boyfriend choked a pushed her, but police question her claims as her story changed multiple times.
Nuñez was then arrested and taken to the Broward Sheriff’s Office before being booked into Broward jail. She was released on $2,500 bond.
Her and her boyfriend had been living together since October 2011.
