Authorities say they have arrested a man who not only allegedly sexually abused children but may have also given them a skin disorder.

According to the El Paso Times, Jose Lorenzo Hernandez has been arrested on charges of raping and sexually abusing 10 children.

Earlier this month the Sexual Crimes Special Unit began investigating Hernandez when the mother of one of the alleged victims filed a complaint.

When he was arrested, police say they believed he was getting ready to attack additional victims in Juarez, MX by forming a youth soccer team.

Hernandez is said to have sexually abused children in his neighborhood while also transmitting a skin disorder known as Bateman’s syndrome/disease, an often sexually transmitted disease.

Prosecutors say he gave money and pizza to the children and forced them to watch pornographic movies. The children he is accused of abusing range in age from 8 to 13.
