Dov Charney founder of American Apparel, one of the U.S. largest garment factories, is being sued for $260 million for sexually enslaving one of his teen employees.

Irene Morales, 20-years old, is accusing Charney of traumatizing her while she worked at American Apparel with his demand for sexually explicit photos of herself while still attending high school.  She was also the recipient of many text messages and emails of a sexual nature.

In addition she alleges her 42-year old boss held her captive at his apartment for several hours forcing her into sexual acts when she turned 18-years old and alleges this continued for 8 months.  Somehow being ‘induced’ back to his apartment or Los Angeles home each time.

Charney and American Apparel have responded by labeling this accusation as false.  Though Charney has been accused of sexual harassment in the past he has never been convicted of any crime.  It does not help that on occasion he carries out board meetings in his underwear and has produced very sexually explicit ads.
