Photo: Kim Kardashian Suing Over Mexicali Doctor's Plastic Surgery Billboard With her Image
Kim Kardashian is suing a plastic surgeon for using her image on a billboard without getting the reality star’s permission.
The advertisement is for Dr. Victor Ramirez and has a photo of Kardashian laying across the bottom of the billboard, clad in a bikini. Above her image it reads, “NO ARRIESGUE SU BELLEZA, NI SU SALUD” (Don’t risk your beauty or your health), and tells them to call him instead.
When TMZ reportedly called the doctor and informed him that in the U.S. it is not legal to use someone’s image without their permission. When asked he if received her go-ahead, Dr. Ramirez said, “Obviously I did not speak to Kim Kardashian. I do not have her number.”
Kardashian has moved to take legal action against the Mexicali doctor for the use of her image on the billboard that sits just across the California border.
