Mexican authorities have just announced the guilty verdict against 15-year old Edgar Jimenez Lugo, also known as El Ponchis.

The San-Diego born teenager was charged with working with the Gulf cartel and being one of their executioners.  He was charged with beheading four male rivals and having the killings video taped.  The killings took place in Cernvaca in August of 2010 when El Ponchis was between 12 and 13 years old.

The Mexican judiciary sentenced him to the maximum allowed by law of three years in juvenile detention.  His mother and family that lived in the U.S. was deported shortly after his arrest.
