The Colombian race-car driver and his car, #42 are making appearances in two of the most awaited films of the summer!
Montoya has lent his voice for the Spanish dubbing of “Cars 2,” the new Disney-Pixar animated film. Montoya dubbed one of the most powerful cars of the international Grand Prix, a new VIP car that becomes a threat for Lighting McQueen.
But that’s not all, Montoya’s Nascar car, #42 is one of the three “Wrecker” Autobots in the new Transformers film!
#42 was selected to become “LeadFoot,” one of three bots that comprise the last resort Wrecker team. The ‘Transformer 3’ grossed $37.3 million in this year’s best opening on Wednesday and according to Variety is on track for a $200 million weekend.
