Photo: J.R. Martinez Spoke With Anderson Cooper About DWTS and Being One of People's 'Sexiest Men Alive'
Dancing With the Stars champion, All My Children actor, and Iraq war veteran J.R. Martinez recently spoke with CNN’s Anderson Cooper about being named one of People magazine’s “Sexiest Men Alive.”
Though a landmine in Iraq cause burns to over 40 percent of his body, causing visible scarring on his face, Martinez still has a sense of humor about everything saying that after “33 surgeries, I better be listed as one of the sexiest men alive.”
As for the recent challenge of dancing on the ABC show, he said his “Latin roots”, along with determination, helped him nab the title of the 13th champion of Dancing With the Stars.
