This week Governor Perry was too busy complaining about illegal immigration to remember exactly where Ciudad Juarez is located.
At a press conference the Republican governor stated “There have been 34,000 Mexicans killed directly attributable to the drug wars. It is a very dangerous place,” he said. Well ok he got that part of his facts right.
“Juarez is reported to be the most dangerous city in America.” QUE – What? When did Ciudad Juarez move to the other side of the border – I thought just the illegals were fleeing Mexico not entire Mexican cities.
Maybe that is why Mexico’s President Felipe Calderon is here to claim his beleaguered city back or maybe he’ll just hand it over to Texas.
