The economy added 151,000 jobs which is the most in 5 months; but not enough to change the unemployment rate which remained at 9.6%.
There are 14.8 million Americans still out of work much like October with 6.2 million of those considered as long-term unemployed - someone unemployed for more than 27 weeks. American teenagers remain the largest unemployed sector at 27.1 percent followed by African-Americans at 15.7 percent.
The Hispanic unemployment rate is at 12.6 percent and also remained relatively unchanged since last month.
