UPDATE: A neighbor of the Rodriguez family has been charged with the strangulation murder of 3-year old Breeann Rodriguez and a host of other charges related to her disappearance.  The police continue to search for her body in light of the arrest.  43-year-old Shawn Morgan of Senath, Missouri was arrested on Saturday but police have not disclosed what lead them to him or why they believe Breeann is dead.  The youngster went missing right outside of her home a week ago when she was riding bikes with her 5-year old brother. 

Both the Rodriguez family and Morgan live in this small town of 1,600 residents, two hours north of Memphis.  There had been a $45,000 reward for information on Breeann’s disappearance. 


ORIGINAL STORY:  Bright eyed, 3-year old Breeann Rodriguez is missing and assumed kidnapped as of Saturday and Missouri police need your help.

The youngster was riding her pink bike with training wheels with her five year-old brother on Saturday afternoon, when he ran into the house for a moment and came back to find her and her bike gone.

Breeann and her family live in the small town of Senath, with about 1,600 residents, which is two hours north of Memphis.  Weekend search parties did not turn up anything, however today two pieces of physical evidence were located in a field south of town.  Police aren’t elaborating.

The little girl is described as Hispanic, 34 inches tall, weighing around 30 lbs with black hair and brown eyes.  Her parents Edgar Rodriquez and Claudia Ramos are making an urgent plea that who ever has their little girl return her unharmed.

Police ask anyone with information to call the FBI tip number at 1-866-371-TIPS.
