Latino lover and porn star Alex Torres, also known as Voodoo, appears to be in the clear says the FAA after having sex with a coworker while skydiving.

The incident came to federal aviation regulators attention when the video of the mid-air sex scenes were videotaped and posted on the internet.  Though Torres did not face any criminal charges the FAA was concerned that the foreplay in Alex Torres shenanigans—which happened while Torres and “Skydive Taft” receptionist Hope Howell were still onboard the small aircraft, might have distracted, jostled or bumped the pilot flying the vessel, which is a violation of Federal Aviation regulations. Torres allegedly told the pilot he had been authorized to perform the sex stunt.

The FAA has concluded Torres and Howell did not break any federal rules since the pilot was not distracted by the midair sex act.  Torres who also worked part-time as a skydiving instructor has been fired from the California skydiving business and has also removed the sex video from his website, at least for now he has.
