According to The Daily Telegraph, the Brazilian soccer legend Ronaldo is heading to London to study advertising.

The 36-year-old who once played for Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Inter Milan,  has announced he will be studying under WWP Group’s Sir Martin Sorrell, an advertising legend.

Ronaldo, who retired in 2011, was already familiar with Sorrell, as the former soccer star currently runs 9ine, an ad agency created as a joint venture with WPP.

Sorrell has also confirmed that Ronaldo will be joining him in the UK.

‘Eighteen years have passed and I’ve hardly studied,’ Ronaldo told Brazil’s Meio & Mensagem newspaper. ‘I feel a great need to become a student again.

Ronaldo was born Ronaldo Luís Nazário de Lima in Rio de Janiero, Brazil. In his 18-year career, he scored more than 404 goals.
