New York Police charged two fifteen-year old girls, and are after two more teen girls accused of ganging up and beating on a Wendy’s employee in Queens; their attack was posted on YouTube.
Michelle Ortiz, a single mother of five, suffered a concussion, and says headaches and constant nausea haven’t receded since the incident happened five days ago.
A vicious gang of aggressive high school girls, punched, kicked and slapped Michelle Ortiz, 42, inside the Hillside Ave. Wendy’s in Queens Village on Jan. 21, cops said, after she told them to keep down their noise.
“Animals acted better than they acted that night,” Ortiz said. “They just kept hitting and hitting and hitting and kicking and punching me in the head. I was defenseless.”
In the shocking cell phone video, Ortiz is seen confronting a mob of young people inside the fast food joint. Then, someone lobs what seems to be fries at her, and seconds later, the schoolgirls go berserk.
Ortiz alleges that two of the girls were preparing to fight each other before she stepped in.
“I was trying to make the peace,” said Ortiz
