A model heading to Rome from Brazil has been arrested after it was discovered that the fake implants she was carrying had cocaine stashed inside them.

The unnamed Spanish model, 33, was traveling from Sao Paulo, Brazil to Rome, Italy on Monday when authorities said she tried to dress in tight-fitting and revealing clothing to distract border police from what she was carrying. She was unsuccessful however due to her inability to answer questions about the reason for her trip to South America.

After drawing suspicion, the model identified only as MFM became “quite aggressive”. Two female investigators then conducted a strip search on the model and it was revealed that her plastic breast and buttocks implants contained more than 5 lbs of pure cocaine.

Antonio Di Greco, police chief at Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci-Fiumicino airport, said MFM’s route was “well used by drug traffickers.”

She has been charged with international drug trafficking.
