ELECTION:  Do You Know Where to Vote?

Did you know that two million people failed to cast their ballots in 2008 just because they couldn’t find their polling place.  The folks at the United States Hispanic Leadership Institute (USHLI)  want to make sure that doesn’t happen to you, which is why they’re sending you this cool new tool that looks up your voting location. Please use it, share it with your friends, and then go vote!

This year, many have seen first-hand the importance of having elected leaders who stand up for the Hispanic communities. Whether in cities, states, or at the national level, there is a need to elect real champions that will fight for what Latinos believe in.  This is why your vote on Tuesday is so critical. When we make our voices heard at the polling booth, it allows us to be stronger advocates for the issues we care about after the elections.

Many races across the country are extremely close, and could come down to just a few votes. Your ballot could make the difference.

So please take a moment to double check your polling location using the tool built by our friends at the New Organizing Institute, with some help from Google. And then, go vote!
