“Alma” in Spanish means “soul” – and that’s exactly what the 2011 NCLA ALMA Awards are all about. Hosted by a dynamic duo, the one-of-a-kind tribute to pioneering Latinos in television, film and music kicks off Hispanic Heritage Month. While the awards show took place last week at the Santa Monica Civic Auditorium, the show airs tonight at 8 P.M. EDT on NBC.
