Yesterday, a portly former, employee of Brazil McDonald’s won suit against the company for allegedly making him 65 pounds overweight during his tenure as a franchise manager.
The male employee filed suit charging that he was forced to sample the fried food made every day to ensure a high quality standard. We don’t know if they mean a high quantity of grease or a high quality of artery choking oil. In addition, the McDonald’s porker partook of the free lunches employees are offered claiming that also added to his girth.
As a result of the suit McDonald’s has to pay the food victim $17,500.
