Colorado State Senator Suzanne Williams will more than likely face a Texas grand jury for the December 26th crash that left 30 year-old Brianna Gomez dead and her son, delivered via emergency cesarean in critical condition.
It appears none of the passengers in Williams car were wearing seat belts and that she failed to provide proof of insurance. Passengers included Williams son, Todd and her two grandchildren. Todd remains hospitalized but the grandchildren have been released.
Williams has said she has no memory of the Amarillo, Texas crash that resulted when she crossed into oncoming traffic under clear and dry weather conditions.
